Manager / Supervisor Of Exploration Drilling Team
(Job Code : 1HK / ID - 1429)
Duties :
·    To manage operation of the fleet of exploration drill rigs; 1. Prepare work plan for a number of drill in various location of South & East Kalimantan, 2. Ensure implementation of the drilling plan in conjunction with Head of Geology & Site Geologist, 3. Implement companies HSE policies
·    Communicate with field supervisors & crews to ensure full understanding of information provided
·    Check works are completed as required to the specification
·    Ensure that maintenance schedule are in place & are being implemented
·    Ensure sufficient stock of accessories & spare parts is available
·    Reporting directly to the Project Manager & Chief Geologist

Drilling Operators
(Job Code : 2HK / ID - 1429)
Duties :
·    To maintain good working relationship with other team member
·    Be able to produce good quality of the drilling work including samples collection & borehole logging
·    Be able to carry out proper maintenance of the drilling rigs & order available spare parts on site
·    Be able to carry out logistics, control, plan & ensure material, parts , accessories, small equipment & tools, consumables are available at all times for the works
·    Communicate with filed supervisor & fellow operators to ensure full understanding of information provided
·    Check the works are undertaken to comply with the specification
·    To work safely on site
·    Check that there are sufficient stock accessories & spare parts available at all times
·    Keep a full & accurate daily site diary
·    Reporting directly to the Manager of Exploration Drilling

Requirements :
·    e able to work as part of a team & drive the project
·    5-10 years of previous experience in managing (for no.1) / working (for no.2) exploration drill rigs in remote location
·    Knowledge of safety & environmental legislation, experience in implementing quality system
·    To fill this position you must have a drive to succeed, to be confident & happy out on site & able to work unsurprised (for no.1). We are not looking for someone is going to try & run the job from the office, this is a site based position, so you will be willing & happy to be mixing it on site
·    Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia, good computer skill that related with position applied
·    Applicants must be willing to be based in Indonesia (East & South Kalimantan), be prepared to travel
