CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER (CSM)Requirements:· Male / Female max.30 years old
· Bachelor degree majoring in Air Transportation is preferred
· Min.5 years working experience as supervisor or Customer Service Manager in service
industry ; such as courier/forwarding company is preferred
· Good command in English both oral and written
· Has leadership skill and able manage team
· Strong analytical thinking, achievement orientation, integrity excellent interpersonal, smart working, creative, proactive, able to work under pressure.
