CALL CENTRE OFFICER (CCO)
The main responsibility is to handle phone inquiries for credit card and banking customers. This position reports to Call Centre Team Leader.
• University graduate/ Si from any major or Diploma/D3 (with 1 year working experience) • Enthusiastic. hard working, and willing to work with shift schedule • Highly motivated and has good communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Fluent in English both oral and written 69 • Computer literacy (Words, Excel) • Team focused with a flexible attitude If you meet the requirements above please send your full application to.
