This position reports to Call Centre Team Leader. · University (S1) graduate from any major, Enthusiastic in learning new things, hard working and willing to work with shift system; Highly motivated and good communication skills; Excellent interpersonal skills · Fluent in English both oral and written; Computer literacy (Word, Excel) · Able to work with minimum supervision; Team focused with a flexible attitude · Based in Jakarta
MIS Officer (MIS) Handles call center system and data analysis for management decision making. This position reports to Service Improvement Supervisor. · University (S1) graduate majoring in Information System or Information Technology · Very well versed in Microsoft Office (specially Excel and Access), HTML and PHP programming · Enthusiastic in learning new things & hard working; Fluent in English both oral and written
Customer Service (CS) Handles credit card inquiries from walk-in customers in branch. This position reports to Customer Care Team Leader. · University (S1) graduate from any major; Good appearance · Have at least 1 year experience in similar position · Fluent in English both oral and written
