Program Assistant

A full time position for 3 years based in Jakarta, the successful candidates will :
·    Undertake day-to-day administrative responsibilities
·    Manage correspondences, including all incoming day-to-day mail, fax, file correspondences & others documents
·    Organize & coordinate meetings, and prepare meeting minutes & internal reports
·    Manage overall office documentation / filling system & assist in the preparation of all necessary documents related to program activities, which includes Project Approval Document, Grant Agreement, Consultancy Contract, Travel Grant, maintain contracts database etc
·    Prepare payments requests & financial statements & projects / contract closures
·    Assist in organizing national / international travel & workshop / seminars
·    Liaise with project on the submission of technical & financial reports

Qualifications :
·    A graduate degree from a recognize university
·    At least 3 years of experience in management, finance & administration, accounting, communication, public health, nutrition / health or a related to an administration / management work
·    Excellent communication skills, with fluency in spoken & written English
·    Good computer skills (MS Office)

Period of contract of the above positions is renewable based on performance & availability of funds.
