1. Health Systems Adviser COFF-1965
• Based in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara
• Fixed term contract for 12 months, with opportunity for renewal

We are currently seeking a Health Systems Adviser for the Partnership based in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. The successful applicant will lead the implementation of Component 2 (Health Systems Support) to provide technical advice and support to provincial and district governments on health system functions, constraints and potential interventions.
To be successful for this position, you should hold a post graduate qualification in public health, public
administration or health service management.
You will have significant experience working on donor-funded projects in public health service management, particularly in the areas of policy, management and organisational structure. The ideal candidate will have a substantial track record in leading and managing project teams as well as working effectively with colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds and excellent interpersonal communication and report writing skills. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa is required.
2. National Liaison Officer COFF-1975
• Based in Jakarta
• Fixed term contract for 12 months, with possibility for extension
We are currently seeking a National Liaison Officer for the Partnership based in Jakarta. The successful candidate will support the AIPMNH Program and AusAID Health Unit in facilitating, coordinating and communicating with the Ministry of Health and other stakeholders engaged with the program. This includes providing secretariat support at the national level for the Partnership and AusAID.
To be successful for this position, you should hold a university degree in management, public administration or related field.
You will have knowledge and understanding of the Government of Indonesia systems and approaches, specifically in the health sector as well as AusA1D policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a substantial track record in building relationships with government agencies and AusA1D as well as working effectively with colleagues from varied cultures and professional background and excellent interpersonal communication and report writing skills. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
