A. KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (KAM) located in Jakarta & Surabaya:

The candidate's responsibility and main task :

• Explore, promote and create more services business within market, achieve sales target, margin and account receivables /AR;
• Market understanding: competitions, market trends, product substitution.
• Capture opportunities by maintaining / developing close relation will customers and market players in the segment also understanding customer business.

The candidate should have:
• Willing to be place in Jakarta or Surabaya;
• Minimum S1 in Mechanical, Electrical or other technical related field or marketing disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position and related field at power generator or Sales & Marketing in Gas Industry;
• Have good connection with Power Plant Owners / Management;
• Have excellent selling skill and result oriented;
• Have high integrity and dependant with strong sense of urgency;
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Excellent team player with interpersonal skills.

B. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT STAFF (BDS):

The candidate should have:

• Female
• S1 degree in Finance or other related field with above average grades;
• Min 2 years professional experience as Business Development;
• Familiar with budgeting, forecasting and contract matter
• Must have good analytical thinking as well as conceptual thinking;
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and proactive attitude;
• Good skills in report writing and presentations;
• Must have a can-do attitude and be interested in working individually and also in a team with the highest level of integrity
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
