Who are we looking for?

Tax Dispute Lawyers
Experience must include thorough knowledge of the theory and practice of tax law in Indonesia.
Ability to review legal documents and handle tax dispute cases including those at the Tax Court and Supreme Court level

Inward Investment Lawyer

• Thorough knowledge of the theory and practice of foreign investment and company law in Indonesia. This would include experience with incorporation of PMA companies and representative offices and an understanding of legal documentation requirements
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions would be an advantage

Lawyer candidates should have:

• At least 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in a reputable law firm, a consulting firm, or a multinational organization
• Bachelor Degree in Law and advocate's license as a minimum
• Brevet licenses will be considered an advantage.

Tax Technical and Training Manager
Job Description:

• To develop and run tax training programs that are responsive to practices needs
• Analyzing new tax law developments and updating staff of these developments

Candidates should have:

• At least 5 years of experience in tax
• Relevant university degree
• Good project management skills
• Strong communication skills
