Pastry Chef
Job requirements :
· Min of 3 years working experience in bakery, specializing in cakes, desserts, pastries & other baked good
· Formal culinary training preferred
· Creativity & artistic ability in recipe development
· Fluent in English (both oral & written)
Job functions :· Responsible to develop recipes & product specifications
· Prepares the cakes, pastries & breads; and ensure superior food quality
· Control food cost & minimize wastage
· Strong leadership, works effectively & efficiently as a team, and
service oriented Cook
Job requirements :· Min of 3 years of strong Asian cooking experience
· Fervent passion for cooking & creativity in developing new menus that embrace variety & quality
· Good career record & have conscientious work ethics
Job functions :· Prepares & cook food according to recipes, quality & presentation standards, and food preparation checklist
· Able to control food wastage so as to minimize food cost
· Ensure excellent food quality, safety, & hygiene
· Team player with the ability to work well with people from all levels
