Harvesting Manager & Superintendent (7 positions) To plan harvesting activities to achieve Company targets on a daily, monthly and annual basics, to source and allocate resources required to meet production targets for felling, debarking, extraction, loading and transport activities. This includes but is not exclusive to manpower heavy equipment and supporting utilities, manage all harvesting activities according to Company standard operating procedures, including the timely handover of compartments for plantation. To monitor all operational and overhead costs and ensure that budget rates are achieved in all areas
- Bachelor Degree in harvesting or agriculture educational background with minimum 5 years experience in managerial level of harvesting operation
Transport Operation Section Head (2 positions) Leading the team to manage operation of a large road fleet including road trains and single trailer to moving million tonnage of cargo from port to mill or mill to port. This is include manage day to day transport operation include dispatch system, ensure all fleet maintain repair and preventive maintenance system as per schedule and also administer am control outgoing expenses of transport operation. Regular reviewing evaluate cost effectiveness of feet to meet annual budget and propose improvement systems to improve productivity, quality, cost, delivery and, safety
- Master or Bachelor degree in management Transport or Logistic with minimum 5 years experience in Heavy truck transport operation
Workshop Superintendent (1 position) Leading the mechanics to supervise repair and maintenance a hundred Hino trucks with minimal cost and deliver on time. Ensure tooling & maintenance facilities are adequate and operating for the efficient functioning of the workshop maintain regular productive communications with Transport Department for maintenance of equipment. Analyze and provide technical data, equipment availability and submit recommendations for improving maintenance system
Transport Supervisor (2 positions) Lead the shift team running daily hauling operation to meet customer target or delivery schedule based on shipping instruction and customer request Daily dispatch trucks allocation and driver assigned for trucks would be daily task include arrange trucks to workshop for repair and maintenance
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or transport management with minimum 3 years experience is Heavy truck workshop
CI Coordinator (1 position) Drive Continues Improvement (CI) project implementation Manage delivery & coordination of all Business Continuous Improvement Department project. Transfer knowledge to company’s business unit about CI Project Management am Problem solving skill. Training & Socialization: Deliver training of all APRIL Integrated Management System (AIMS) Pillars, deliver CI related education and training to all company's business unit Inspire CI mindset to employees, Implement AIMS in all company's Business Units (BU) in APRIL group, Support all the company's business limit to achieve company's Vision though AIMS. Create key diver analysis to convert strategy objective into improvement initiatives, develop initiatives for CI Progress monitoring provide support all BU to achieve CI value creation and people involvement
- Master or Bachelor degree in Management, Business, Industrial Engineering with minimum 3 years experience in Project Management, manufacturing, forestry is an advantage . Six sigma black / green belt qualification. Candidates from Sumatra. Batam and Surrounding regions are encouraged to apply
