UNIT MANAGER - WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

We need an experienced and committed individual to develop our Indonesian women's leadership program. You will have relevant qualifications and experience in gender and development, including policy and design experience. The position will involve consultations with the. Indonesian Government, civil society organisations, individuals and other donors active in this area. You will be responsible for taking the program from concept, to design and delivery.

The position will be based in Jakarta, with regional travel opportunities, for an appointment of up to 2 years. An attractive remuneration package will be negotiated commensurate with experience and qualifications.
