1. HRD DIRECTOR
As an HR Director you will lead HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee oriented, high performance employee that emphasizes empowerment. You have to deal with the top management along with the staff and acts as a bridge between these sections in order Co lead direction to facilitate smooth functioning of all HR operations of the company, include: developing and Implementing staffing, learning strategies, retention strategies, organizational development, talent planning, compensation management, and performance management.
2. TRAINING GENERAL MANAGER
As a Training GM you will lead training team to Identify and develop training needs within the organization. You have to deliver a comprehensive training package that encompasses all elements needed in the organization in order to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce and to fulfill the needs of the organization.
3. EMPLOYEE RELATION GENERAL MANAGER
As an ER GM you will be responsible to develop and build strong relationships with designated operating partners and employees. You have to manage Individual employee relations cases, from incident report through final disposition, and must proactively work to address employee relations Issues through strategic management interaction.
Qualifications:
• Preferable Master Degree
• Have an excellent track record in same environment at least 5 years
• Have a high energy level with excellent communication skills
• Must be a strong, decisive and result oriented leader who can develop and manage relationships
• Have a strategic planning, complex problem resolution and general management expertise
