TOYOTA ASTRA FINANCIAL SERVICES is a joint venture company between Toyota Financial Services Corp. Japan and PT. Astra International Tbk, which focuses on Toyota vehicle financing nationwide. We invite you to join our rapid expansion as:

TA DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
TA DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (TADP) The 9-month program will prepare you to become our operational leader. You have to show excellent qualities In learning, planning, leading, and execution to be qualified to join the program. (5)1e must be ready to be assigned throughout Indonesia. Fresh graduates from reputable university (with GPA min 3.00) and competent young professionals are encouraged to apply.

OPERATION
The incumbent for following positions need to have at least 3 years related experience in bank or finance company and ready to be assigned throughout Indonesia (especially in Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan). The incumbent will report directly to the management an part of branch's top team

BRANCH MANAGER (BM)
Responsible for managing overall sales, service, credit and collection process from strategy planning to operational execution by implementing excellent risk management and customer services to achieve the branch target. The ideal candidate should be competent in managing resources and planning business strategy and vision.

SERVICE HEAD (SEH)
Responsible for overall all branch's services standard implementation, managing assets and financial matters, administration, employee relations and branch infrastructures. Service mindset and can-do attitude are required in inspiring team performance

SALES HEAD (SAH)
Responsible for strategic sales planning and execution to ensure target achievement as well as analyzing required adjustments based on market characteristics to optimize the overall achievement. Sound knowledge in market characteristics and credit area is a must.

CREDIT HEAD (CH)
Responsible for managing the acquisition function on branch's credit decision in accordance to company policies and procedures through optimal portfolio management. Previous experience in credit analysis and recommendation is a must.

COLLECTION HEAD (COH)
Responsible for managing the collection function in the branch in accordance with company policies and procedures to minimize the level of bad debts and optimizing overall assets management.

RISK MANAGEMENT
CREDIT RISK DEPARTMENT HEAD (CRH)

Responsible for ensuring company policy & strategy that support business growth through excellent customer portfolio management, credit process Improvement to optimize profit with manageable risk. The incumbent should have an advanced competency in risk management with more than 5 years experience in similar position.

RISK MANAGEMENT ANALYST (RM)
Responsible for analyzing, designing and implementing risk management policy & procedure to support branch operational activity, especially on credit application process area. The incumbent should have 2 years minimum experience in the function.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
IT- BUSINESS ANALYST (IT-BA)

Responsible for analyzing systematic business requirements and development in an integrated multi finance business. The incumbent will also participate in business process mapping, system analysis, project management, quality assurance and project documentation. Sound knowledge in SQL Server 2005 programming and Crystal Report development is a must. Business knowledge in finance industry and experience in.NET application will be considered as advantages
