Qualifications / Competencies:
·    Male, age min. 38 & max. 43 years old (HGM), Male or Female Max 30 years (other)
·    Min. S1 degree (HGM) D3, SMU (others)
·    Understand about law of labour (HGM)
·    Computer literate
·    Min. passive in written & oral English
·    Min. 10 years experience (HGM), 3 years (other) in similar position
