• Call Center and Authorization Officer (CCO)
• Management Information Support (MIS)*
• Service Support Officer (SS)
• Service Improvement Officer (SI)

With general requirement as:
• Minimum qualification of D1 from any major discipline (*background from mathematics/ statistics/information technology/information system for MIS)
• Enthusiastic, hard working
• Willing to work with shift schedule (CCO)
• Highly motivated and has good communication skills
• Good in English both oral and written
• Computer literacy (Words, Excel)
• Team focused with a flexible attitude
