     Responsibilities:
•    Training needs analysis
•    Develop training programs
•    Develop training manual
•    Determine & analyze training
•    Formulate and Develop plans, procedures and programs to meet specific training needs and problems.
•    Supervise employee training planning execution
     Requirement:
•    Candidate must process at least a bachelor degree in Psychology, Management, Economy or Administration

•    At least 5-7 years of working experience in Training and Development

     Responsibilities:

•    Require skill : built an investment project
