Agrinos is a biotechnology company focusing on agriculture and has developed products to enhance. yields of crops and improve its immune system to enable them to withstand disease and pest attacks.

In line with our expansion programme, PT. Agrinos Indonesia urgently require qualified candidates to fill the following posts:

1. Senior Business Development Manager

Ideally this person should have the following :
• Degree in agriculture related subject. A Masters is preferable.
• Experience in selling fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, pesticides to the agriculture industry.
• Capable salesperson -- someone who is a self starter, who can meet and convince senior R & D personnel, senior plantation managers , agronomists, etc.
• Able to communicate well in English

A person like this will probably be above 30 years old. Preferably, he has worked with a Multinational company and has experience dealing with overseas principals.
