Currently GE in Indonesia is having two vacancies

1. MARKET DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Job Number 1248114)
This position is part of GE 1ndonesia management team, and will be based in Balikpapan to support on market development for East Indonesia region. Acting as o scout for GE, the position searches for new territories, identifies new business opportunities and develops long term win-win relationship that enhance GE's market and mind share.
 
Essential Responsibilities

• Support the infrastructure businesses in closing significant transaction by supplementing business relationship in the Governments, G2G and customer organizations. o Support corporate initiative like Ecomagination Enterprise Selling and Healthymagination into new industry verticals
• Identify at new opportunities in white spaces to grow revenue the various GE businesses.
• Help broaden sales to our existing customer base and bring in the new revenue prospect.
• Build strong, enduring relationship with government department and officials in order to grow GE businesses, Monitor and influence government policies and regulations.
• Organize events and activities to enhance GE s branding and mindshare
• Develop cross-business marketing and selling tools for the business
• Provide advice & industry information to the business in the areas at economics, competitors regulatory environment and politics within his/her scope responsibility
• Support GE management team in Indonesian area such as compliance leadership and commercial training and strengthening the country marketing effort

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of strategic marketing tools
• Experience leading and motivating direct and cross-functional team
• Analysis & problem solving
• Negotiation skills
• Fluent English
• Postgraduate business degree (e.g MBA)
• Experience or worked for the US companies
• Ability to engage at high levels

2. SUPPLIER RESPONSIBILITY GUIDANCE AUDITOR (Job Number: 1238560)
This position for GE home & Business Solutions, and will be based in Jakarta

Essential Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier SRG audit
• Write audit finding report clearly in English and Chinese
• Communicate with suppliers and help/ fallow up the audit findings for timely closure
• Review periodically with related parties

Qualifications / Requirements

• College graduate of Science and industrial background
• 2.years experience in factory EHS or Labor management or EHS/Labor legal
• SRG related experience is preferred
• Familiar with China EHS/labor regulation
• Good written English ability
• Open minded
• Good communication skills
• Wiling to travel frequently
