Experience:
I. Minimum 5 years working as Manager /minimum 2 years as General Manager;

• Management risk multi finance company/ banking; Having good analytical ability in credit analysis (1)
• Finance/Accounting multi finance/ banking (2)
• IT /MIS multi finance company and capable to integrated ail IT system (3)
• Legal for Finance company/banking (Litigation) (4)
• HR & GA, capable in Org Dev; talent Mgt, Recruitment Mgt; Performance Mgt, c & e & reward System; IR & ER and General Affair management (5)

II. Minimum 3 years working as Supervisor /minimum 2 years as Head/Manager

• Collection (6) Credit Analyst (7), remedial (8) in multi finance company/banking
• Logistic, capable in inventory system and warehousing (9)
• General Affair, implementation the purchase at goods (asset, non asset and general), capable in building construction (10)
• Budget in multi finance/banking (11)
• Database, capable to analyst and strong in reporting system (12)
• IR & ER, mastering the labor law, PPM good knowledge, (13)
• Recruitment. capable interview techniques, psychological tools with good, interpretation of psychological test instruments and report the results of psychological test, Must be has psychology License(14)

III. Minimum 2 years working as Supervising /minimum 1 year as Heed/Manager,

• Area of Consumes Good / automotive (15)
