Columbia sportswear is the world top outdoor product company and provides extensive product line such as outerwear, sportswear, footwear and accessories. Our office in Jakarta, Indonesia is expanding and seeks footwear professional to join us.

Position Brief
To ensure that the footwear manufacturing processes are executed and carried out based on Columbia SOP and PFC in the assigned factory. And also implement the final inspection activities and procedures as per the Columbia production requirement and collaborate with production to update daily production status on a daily basis. Use QA management tool and process to keep Columbia product in meeting consumer expectation.

Qualifications  

• College or above, 6+ years working experience in footwear QA area
• Strong production scheduling and quality control skills
• Good communication skills in using both English and native language
• Good problem solving abilities and potential leadership skills
• Honest with integrity, team player, able to take pressure and challenges.
