Procurement Specialist Location: Jakarta
eni has Exploration & Production activities in Italy and other areas worldwide such as West & North Africa, US, South America, North Sea, Kazakhstan and Asia. In Indonesia, eni participates in twelve PSCs, including nine in Deep Water areas, with an active exploration and development program.
Position requirements
University degree in Engineering or Economics is a pre-requisite, with at least 10 years in Oil & Gas industry relevant experience in project, engineering or contracting activity.
You must be a good communicator with highly effective multi-disciplinary team working skills and demonstrate experience in contracting personnel. Good technical and analytical skills, strong influencing and presentation skills as well as effective communication and performance bias are a plus. Fluency in English is a must.
Position responsibilities
Your role will involve conducting procurement process and activity, Including planning and scheduling, document management, and contract preparation. You will also work in a project team to assist project team members in carrying out their specific activities efficiently and effectively according to cost and time targets. In addition, the Job Includes support for the preparation of the ITT packages for Marine surveys, FEED and Execution contracts in direct coordination with eni Indonesia procurement department and the Project Management
