World Vision Indonesia is currently seeking the following position :
I. ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT DIRECTOR
Major Roles: To provide leadership to develop and deliver high quality and right support for the organization and to manage risks of WV Indonesia. Reporting to the National Director, the Director will lead a support function and risk management team consisting of the director of risk management and the department heads of information technology, procurement, and general services.
Qualifications: • Master's degree preferred, in strategic business development, economics, business
administration, public administration/management or related field
• 10- 15 years in-depth experience in several functions (some cross-functional management experience, corporate operations leadership, etc)
• Strength in building effective work relationships with both local and dispersed colleagues
• Proficient in English, excellent communication and negotiation skills
2. PROGRAM MANAGER
Major Roles: Manage the implementation of community development program to ensure quality deliverables that bring impacts to the well being of children in the community.
Qualifications:
• S-I Degree in any discipline, Master's Degree is preferred
• Competent in project management with proven track records
• Minimum of 2 years experience in managing projects and leadership role is a must
• Experience in the humanitarian work is preferred
• TOEFL Score is 500
• Willing to be based in any remote places in Indonesia
