An established paint manufacturing company in Indonesia has vacancy for the following positions:

R&D Manager (Code: RDM)
Responsibilities:

• New development and existing product improvement
• Monitoring process performance and analyse process improvement
• Maintain consistency in quality

QC MANAGER (Code: QCM)
Responsibilities:

• To control and maintain quality of Raw material in coming, during process and finish product
• To ensure the product delivered to customers In good quality.

Requirement:

• Graduated from a reputable university in chemistry/ chemical engineering
• Minimum 5 years continuous working experience in paint/ coatings Industry
• Has strong leaderships and self motivated 4. Has very good command in English, speaking/ writing
• Age minimum 35 years old, Male/ Female

PLANT MANAGER (Code: PM)
Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and control operation of the factory to make product within quality standard
• To set production schedule according to customer requirement
• Coordinate with Internal parties such as marketing, QC. R&D and Procurement

Requirement:

• Male, min 35 years old
• Graduated from chemical engineering
• 5 years experiences In manufacturing paint/ coatings industry
• Strong leadership and management self confidence, driven, discipline, positive enthusiastic, attitude, hard working and able to work under pressure
