In East Asia Pacific (EAP), IFC is developing a regional Corporate Governance Program, which will be part of IFC’s Sustainable Business Advisory (SBA) Business Line. IFC is looking to recruit an Operations Officer to act as deputy to the Senior Operations Officer in charge of the new Corporate Governance Project in Indonesia, which is an integral part of the Regional Corporate Governance Program in EAP.

•    Operations Officer - Indonesia Corporate Governance

Selection Criteria:
• Advanced degree in legal, accounting, business administration or related field;
• 5+ years experience respectively in a field related to corporate governance, i.e. accounting and audit, legal, securities and stock market development, management consulting, technical assistance;
• Knowledge of Indonesian company law, corporate governance, Indonesian private sector issues and donor programs;
• Results-oriented approach with demonstrated history of accomplishments;
• Consulting and/or training experience;
• Native Indonesian and excellent English, both written and oral;
• Excellent analytical skills, excellent computer skills; strong communication/analytical/presentation/drafting skills;
• Ability to travel nationally, regionally and internationally.
