1. OPERATION DIRECTOR
As main improvement's driver and facilitator within Manage Service departments

NOC
2. NETWORK OPERATION CENTRE GM
Responsible to manage overall operation of NOC and delivery of customer's network

3. NETWORK MONITORING CENTRE MANAGER
To ensure service levels are achieved to fulfill company's mission and customer requirements

4. FAULT & CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT MANAGER
Responsible for surveillance alarms and to follow up with internal department

5. COMPLAINT HANDLING ENGINEER
Responsible to coordinate with managed service technical team in resolution of network faults

6. NETWORK MONITORING ENGINEERING
Responsible to manage day to day surveillance activity in NOC

7. PERFORMANCE REPORTING ENGINEER
Responsible for daily collection of raw performance data for domestic and international

8. DATACOM FAULT & CONFIGURATION ENGINEER
Support configuration management and implement software / hardware configuration data changes for network resource

9. BSS FAULT & CONFIGURATION ENGINEER
Responsible to perform support for operation & maintenance activities on access nodes (BSS and RAN network)

10. CORE NETWORK FAULT & CONFIGURATION ENGINEER
Responsible to perform support for operation & maintenance activities on MSC, SMSC, VLR, CRBT, TXN, RF

11. TRANSMISSION FAULT & CONFIGURATION ENGINEER
Responsible to perform support for operation & maintenance activities on transmission nodes

12. IN & VAS FAULT & CONFIGURATION ENGINEER
Responsible to perform support for operation & maintenance activities on IP core

FM
13. FIELD OPERATION GENERAL MANAGER
Responsible for the delivery of MS, implement and establish work standards to manage customer's network

14. FIELD OPERATION REGIONAL MANAGER
Responsible for performing first level support to operation & maintenance activities

15. FIELD OPERATION ENGINEERS
In change of, regional facility maintenance, spare part management, network documentation & quality management

NPM
16. PLANNING & OPTIMIZATION MANAGER
Responsible to monitor the performance of tele-traffic and network quality

17. PLANNING AND OPTIMIZATION ENGINEER
Analyze the performance data and provide statistical report for measurement and control of service quality

OS
18. BUSINESS MANAGEMENT & OPERATION MANAGER
Will lead the Indonesia MS Delivery and will be the main interface towards clients served by MS

19. BUSINESS MANAGEMENT & OPERATION SENIOR SPECIALIST
Budget control and cost monitoring centralized purchase management, third party contract management

20. HR CONTROL
Responsible to manage all human resources issue of project

Requirements:
·    Having experience in telecom multinational company and being hands on with product of telecommunication multi-vendor and operator
·    Minimum bachelor degree or diploma with equivalent experience
·    Fluent in English is a must and mandarin skill will be an added advantage
·    Willing to be placed and travel all around Indonesia
