General qualifications:

To succeed in the position you should have solid experience in related field and hold a relevant professional qualification. You are required to have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English. Strong Customer & Result Focus is a must.

Skills required:
• Proven ability to work effectively across a matrixes and widely-dispersed organization (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9)
• Solid experience in developing, implementing and maintaining the best possible indirect purchasing processes/workflows supported by strategy (1)
• Provide expertise, leadership and support Country Organization to drive productivity in specific sourcing-lead initiatives and other local initiatives (1)
• Demonstrates ability to think broadly and innovate within the Pharmaceutical business, especially around product licensing opportunities and achievement (2)
• Experience in a licensing and partnering or business development function in the Pharmaceutical industry (2)
• Solid experience in Sales or Marketing (2,3,4)
• Experience in product marketing plan which optimize product profitability, market share and revenue growth in the short term and Long term (4)
• Provide necessary analysis and decision making information to assure the delivery of the organization's financial target; as well as coordinates strategic plan, budgeting and monthly business reviews to Regional office (5)
• Partnering with business unit in all process related with hiring, talent development, compensation & benefit and employee relation (6)
• Communicates effectively within the organization about the latest human resources procedures/regulations, monitor and control the implementation of the procedures/regulations (6)
• Competent and experience in identifying and analysing training need, develop necessary program, delivering and evaluating training and development programs for Field Force (7)
• Experience in identifying training need, develop necessary program, delivering and evaluating training and development programs for OTC team (8)
• Having excellent people managerial skills (9)
• Able to establish good relationship with customers and territorial leaders (9)
• Haying outstanding selling skills and good sales track record (9,10)
• Having a valid SIM C and able to drive motorbike (10)
• Willing to be assigned to areas in accordance with company needs, preference will be given to candidates willing to be based in Aceh, Bengkulu, Mataram, Ambon and Papua (10)
