Lowongan Kerja Manager SHLP Support - multinational gold mining
Our Client a multinational gold mining company, is currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the following roles:
1. MANAGER INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES
Purpose: To manage activities of the Infrastructure, Terminals, Operations and Support Services to ensure that adequate resources are in place and available to efficiently support the operations needs encompassing such areas as ; 1) Fixed Plant Maintenance of. roads, buildings, houses, offices and workshops; 2) Support Services and Operations of: camps, catering, medical services, activities and event organization, water and sewage treatment plants, and travel management; 3) Terminals of Port and People Movement in: bus travel, sea travel, air travel, marine underwater and port berthing and stevedoring activities. Required Technical Skills, Training & Experience: • Graduate qualifications in Civil, Construction, Supply Chain, Services sectors or an equivalent combination of training and experience • Minimum fifteen (15) years experience in the management and coordination of large-scale infrastructure projects in a remote mining or similar locality • Experience in the ongoing operations and management of a fully operational Infrastructure, Services and Terminal Management Department in relation to/large-scale remote mining or similar operations • Experience in the development, administration and management of a departmental budget • Sound understanding of Indonesian, Australian and International Standard of operations and maintenance of mobile equipment fleets • Well developed computer skills to be able to implement and maintain effective documentation, processes and procedures • Strong analytical capabilities, sound business sense, advanced English language documentation skills with high attention to details 2. MANAGER MOBILE FLEET MANAGEMENT
Purpose: To manage activities of the Mobile Equipment Operations, Maintenance, Dispatch & Planning Ensure that adequate mobile fleet resources are available and efficiently allocated across the operation to support production, administrative, support and maintenance activities across the site. Required Technical Skills, Training & Experience: • Minimum 10 years experience in supervisory positions in the mining industry • Minimum B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering • Experience in development of operational and maintenance strategies • Sound understanding of Indonesian, Australian and International Standard of operations and maintenance of mobile equipment fleets • Well development computer skills to be able to Implement and maintain effective documentation, processes and procedures • Strong analytical capabilities, sound business sense, advanced English language documentation skills with high attention to details 3. PRINCIPAL ADVISOR CAPITAL EFFECTIVENESS
Purpose: Responsible for capital planning and AFE management utilizing the Company Stage-Gate processes and Risk Management tools. By working with and coaching the functional and technical manager the Pricipal Advisor CE will ensure that capital investment to sustain operations, reduce risk and realize opportunities is approved and spent as planned. Required Technical Skills, Training & Experience: • BE, BSc, MSc Degree in mining or processing technical discipline • Minimum of 10 years technical experience working in mining or processing positions of which 5 years in supervisory or project management • Well development English language technical writing skills • High level of initiative and ability to balance several projects concurrently • Computer literate especially on Word, Excel is a must and Microsoft Project and Visio is preferred 4. SENIOR ADVISOR INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY
Purpose: Will manage day-to-day operations of IT department and to support Company operations throughout Indonesia with enhancements, maintenance, training and monitoring, develop and implement new applications and hardware systems as required. Required Technical Skills, Training & Experience: • Tertiary qualification in computer science • Certified of Competency for Middle Operational Supervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DEMR • Minimum of 10 (ten) years experience with computer applications development and/or computer or communication operations • Personal qualities sought include strong conceptual and analytical thinking ability; excellent human resource skills and cultural sensitivity 5. MANAGER SHLP SUPPORT
Purpose: To develop and maintain Health, Safety and Loss Control Management programs designed to prevent accidents that may do harm to Company's People, Property and Processes. Ensure that Health, Safety and Loss Control Management program are well developed, managed and implemented. In addition; the Manager HSLP Support is responsible to ensure that work cultures and practices are implemented in effective and efficient manner. Required Technical Skills, Training & Experience: • Format qualification in mining, milling or heavy industry, engineering, project management, human resource management, training or training development. with program Implementation skiffs or an equivalent discipline is essential. • Certified of Competency for First Operational Supervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DEMR • Minimum 8 years of experience in the Safety Loss/Control industry • Possess relevant certificates and professional qualifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygiene Professional (CH), Certified Hazard Control Manager (CF-CM), and Accredited Safety Auditor (ASA) • Understand Loss Control Management philosophies and have strong knowledge of Indonesian regulations and governmental standards/working practices Please e-mail your comprehensive resume, recent photograph, current and expected remuneration of advertisement to Email :
