Lighting Field Product Manager (Job Code: 1284606) In charge of GE Lighting and LED sales growth in project and product offering, create higher market awareness and stay competitive position within the Lighting market by position the available product range in targeted segment and in servicing existing customers both internal and external.
The incumbent would be responsible for the following job activities: • Products sales, growth and profitability
• Develop growth strategies in line with company business objectives, focus on project lighting
• Handling on the field's technical issue and trouble shooting. Communicate it to Regional P50.
• Accountable for successful execution of new product launch via working closely with regional marketing and Regional Product Manager
• Establishing good relationship and rapport with project partners, consultants, contractors
• Review and resolve product gaps & forecast reliability
• Work closely with PM and SCM to ensure no product gap and good forecast reliability respectively in meeting market and project demands
• Communication, Reporting, Organisation & Learning
• Work closely with Indonesia country Manager to provide strategic direction to Indonesia Lighting team
Qualifications: • Diploma & Degree in Electrical
engineering or related discipline with good lighting and technical knowledge
• Preferably with at least 3-5 years .product management and/or technical support experience in lighting distribution and / or project in Indonesia (prefer with LED lighting sales experience)
• Strategic thinker who is sensitive to the market dynamic.
• Strong analytical skill. Able to understand and translate consumer and end user needs into sales strategies & plan
• Possess good leadership qualities and motivational abilities
• Good interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
• Energetic, outgoing personality
