Springhill Group one of the fast expending groups of companies in Indonesia whose mainline of business in Property, is seeking professional dynamic, talented and self motivated to fill the position:

Legal Manager

Requirements:

• Male or Female, age 35-40 years old
• Possess at least a Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree in Law
• Minimal 5-8 years experience in Property/Real Estate Company
• Have knowledge in Corporate Law, including performing litigation & non litigation
• Have knowledge handling & monitoring PPJB, AJB, & hand over the used of land and building process from developer to customers
• Good negotiation, communication skill and strong leadership
• Preferably Managers specializing in Law/Legal Service
