·    More than 3 years (for consultant) or 5 years (for project manager) of work and leadership experience
·    Strong academic (2nd degree preferred) & work achievements

Junior Consultant (JC)
·    Graduate of MBA / MM / Engineer Master student with strong GPA from reputable university
·    S1 graduate from business & engineering from reputable university with min 2 years of working experience

Experienced retail, consumer, small business and micro banking managers are encourage to apply.
