An Architectural & Interior Design Consultancy Co. Invite:
1. JUNIOR ARCHITECT
2. SENIOR ARCHITECT
Qualification: - Graduated from reputable university majoring in Architecture (1 & 2)
- Must be proficient in English speech and writing (1 & 2) Must be proficient in Auto CAD, Sketch up and Photoshop(1&2) and 30 Max(preferable)
- Smart, independent highly motivated person, good initiative and team work, good communication skill, creative, discipline, efficient and able to work under pressure and or with tight deadline (1 & 2)
- Must be able to multi-task working on various project (1 &2)
- Min.8 years experience for Senior Architect in designing and construction (2)
- Must be proficient in coordination process and Technical Detailing (2)
- Must be able to present to client confidently and co-ordinate with various consultants a professional level (2)
- Must have knowledge on building contracts and rules and regulation (2)
