1. PROJECT MANAGER.
• Min. 5 years experiences as Manager at four star of International Chain Hotel or 5 years as Project Manager at International Oil & Gas project, Mining project, Catering Maintenance and Housekeeping operation at the remote areas with over 1000 persons.

2. F & B Specialist.
• Min. 10 yrs experiences as Chef Trained F & B Managerial at Golf, Hotel/ Catering HACCP

3. CAMP MANAGER
•  Age max. 45 years

• Min. 5 years experience as Camp Manager at International Oil & Gas project, Catering. Maintenance and Housekeeping operation for remote camp with over 1000 persons.

4. QUALITY CONTROL - FOOD MATERIAL.
• Age max. 35 yrs

• Min. 3- 5 years exp. in the same position (preferable experience in Hotel Food & Beverages, Restaurant and Catering). Have Certificate 1309001:2000

5. ROOM MANAGEMENT OFFICER
• Age max. 35 years.

• Min. 5 years as Room Management Officer at Hotel Management > 300 persons

6. ROOM DIVISION MANAGER
• Age ax. 45 years, min. 5 years experiences as Room Management Officer at Hospitality Industries with over 300 rooms

7. HR MANAGER
• Bachelor Degree majoring Law/Psychology/Management
• Age max.35-45 yrs

• Min.5-10 yrs as HR Manager at Oil & Gas/Catering/Mining! Manufacturing Industry and experience as Industrial Relations Manager at Hospitality Industry with min. 1000 employees
• Have best practices experiences / practice dealing with union
• Have good understanding above Indonesia labor regulation

8. HSE MANAGER
• Age max.45 yrs.

• Min.7 yrs as HSE Mgr at Oil & Gas/Food Processing Industry/ Catering

9. HSE OFFICER
• Age max 35 yrs, min. 5 yrs as HSE Officer at Oil & Gas/Food Processing Industry/Catering

10. FOOD SAFETY OFFICER
• D3 Industrial Hygiene, Microbiology or related discipline, age max. 35 years Min. 5 years experience as Food Safety Officer

11. LOGISTIC MANAGER

• Bachelor Degree majoring Accounting/Management/Engineer

• Age max.45 years
• Min 7 years as Logistic Manager at food processing industries or catering at remote project

12. INVENTORY ANALYST
• Bachelor Degree majoring Accounting. age Max. 35 years
• Min. 5 years as Inventory Analyst at Hotel chains. Golf. Catering and Food manufacturing

13. MAINTENANCE MANAGER
• Bachelor Degree majoring Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• age max. 45 years

• Min 10 years as Maintenance Manager at Oil & Gas or related industries in remote camp

The Ideal Candidate profile:
• Male / Female.
• Bachelor Degree from reputable Hotel Tourism & Institute, age max. 45 years (1,2)
• D3 Hotel Academy majoring Food Production from reputable Hotel Tourism (3,4)
• 03 Hotel Academy majoring Room Division Management (5,6)
• Bachelor Degree majoring Engineering or HSE Science (8,9)
• Have certificates Basic Safety Training (BST) Food Handler Training and passport or Seaman Book
• Good communication and presentation skill in Bahasa Indonesia and English (preferable)
• Have a good knowledge of HSE standards. administrative works of day to day camp operation and office computer skill
• Customer and service
• oriented person with passion and desire, Potential Leadership Qualities. Self-starter with excellent Interpersonal Skills Hard worker and willing to work under pressure
• Willing to mobile and to be assigned In anyplace within Indonesia
