1. HRD & GA MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER (HRM) - 1 POST
Responsibilities: developing and maintaining mainly ail HRD function
Requirements: male / female, age 30-35 yews old. min S1 degree majoring Law/Economics/Management, experienced min.3 years, good leadership, interpersonal skill ability analytical thinking and well knowledge of HR strategic management mature, strong Ms. Excel skill is required
 
2. PRODUCT MARKETING ASST. MANAGER CONSUMABLES (PMM) - 1 POST
Responsibilities: hand-on sales activities and marketing strategy especially in products management and sales distribution or supplies / consumables, maintaining relationship with Distributor, Main Dealer, Big Corporate Users.
Requirements: male / female, age 29-35 years- old, min. S1 degree preferable majoring in Business / Commerce / Economics / Marketing or related field, min. 3 years experience on channel management and sales for IT/computer peripherals business/consumers product, wiling to travel, mature, strong, leadership skill, ambitious and goal oriented, strong analytical ability, willing to travel
 
3. CONSUMABLES SALES STAFF (CSS) - 1 POST
Responsibilities: develop consumable in retail channel market, direct sales manage related sales activities to achieve target maintain close relationship with channel.
Requirements: male / female, age 23-30 years old, min S1 decree in any major min. 2 years as IT sales (in consumables product preferable) proven track record good presentation skill, willing to travel
 
4. ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE PEKANBARU (AEPB) - I POST
 
5. ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE BANJARMASIN (AEB) - 1 POST
Responsibilities: developing and operating sales to achieve target, maintaining relationship with channel, handling sales report
Requirements: male, single, age 23-28 years old, min. D3 degree in any major, well knowledge of Ms. Office, min. 1 year experience in selling IT product / direct selling, wiling to do extensive market, willing to travel, energetic, flexible, domicile in each area stated above (Pekan Baru, Banjarmaur)
 
6. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - SALES ENGINEER (MT-SE) - 6 POSTS
Responsibilities: customers/partners engagement, product training, presentation demonstration, market analysis, managing/maintaining customers relationship and sales activities to achieve target
Requirements: male preferable, fresh graduates (experienced preferably), age 22-26 years old min. S1 degree preferably majoring in IT/Engineering/Electrical Engineer/Computer Science, basic knowledge of Visual Basic or Delphi programming language, operating system (Windows/Linux/Unix), TCP/IP networking, basic knowledge of troubleshooting in computer system application and peripheral, good communication and basic presentation skill, high initiative, target oriented, ambitious, willing to travel.

7. INTERNSHIP PROGRAM FOR FRESH GRADUATES (IPG) - 10 POSTS
Responsibilities: this 6 months program is provided for fresh graduated who are willing to learn how their knowledge be applied in real business cases, at the same time. to enhance their skill to meet with job market expectation
Requirements: male / female, single min. S1 degree in any major, fresh graduates with GPA min.3,00 excellent communication, strong analytical thinking, energetic, active In campus organization.

8. PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS ANALYST (PMBA) - 1 POST
Responsibilities: project management and day to day running of one or more projects on behalf of one or Mere of the Epson partner, setting up and planning of the project(s) including the formation of the project board, project assurance function and any projects teams, developing standard project documentation, managing the change brought about by the project effectively and efficiently, day to day supporting and supervising the project, providing expert project management advice and supporting to other staff within the wider organizations
Requirements: male / female, 24 - 28 years old of age, min S1 degree majoring in Computer Science/Business & Administration min.1 years experience in Project Management or equivalent, ability to work under pressure and demonstrate considerable personal initiative and decision making skills at all times on own initiative, strong interpersonal skills including an outgoing and confident personal style, be able to network across organizational boundaries at all levels, excellent presentational skills, good team member, well knowledge in MS. Office.
 
9. SI / CHANNEL MANAGEMENT (SIM) - 1 POST
Responsibilities: developing and maintaining corporate sales channel (System integrator, corporate resellers, VAR) activities to support Epson on sales and coverage, creating and communicating program/promo channels, monitoring progress including sales results, helping to arrange training and schedules
Requirements: male / female, 24 - 28 years old of age, min. S1 degree majoring in Computer Science/Business & Administration, min. 1 yews experience in Project Management or equivalent, ability to work under pressure and demonstrate considerable personal initiative and decision making skills at all times on own initiative, strong Interpersonal skills including an outgoing and confident personal style, be able to network across organizational boundaries at all level, excellent presentational skills, good team member, well knowledge in MS. Office
 
10. PRODUCT MARKETING ASST. MANAGER CONSUMER (PMC) - 1 POST
Responsibilities: developing inkjet printer business based on customer value in Indonesia, hands-on sales- activities and marketing strategy especially in products management and sakes distribution of consumer, maintaining relationship with Distributor, Main Dealer, Bag Corporate Users
Requirements: male female, age 29-35 years old, min S1 degree preferably majoring in Business/Commerce/Economics/Marketing, min. 2 years experience in related field or consumer electronic, willing to travel, mature, strong leadership Skill, ambitious and goal oriented, strong analytical and presentation skill
 
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent knowledge of English and Bahasa, independent, good team work, good interpersonal skill, high integrity, min. GPA 3.00 computer literate, able to work under pressure to achieve goal
