• FINANCE MANAGER (FM)
Responsibilities:
1. Controlling and managing financial function and information in company
2. Managing and monitoring systems for the company's finances, including coordinating, and controlling company cash flow to maintain financial stability.
3. Planning and providing financial information in comprehensive and timely manner in order to support decision making to achieve company financial target
4. Developing management mechanism in the finances department for purposes of minimizing the financial risks.
5. Developing good working relationships with professionals such as bankers, auditors or statutory organizations for the benefit of the company.
6. Updating the company regarding changes in legislation or regulations that may affect the company's business operation.
• INTERNAL AUDIT MANAGER (IAM)
Responsibilities:
1. Executing audits on policies compliance, financial &
administration, operation and management to every stores and departments (nationwide) in comprehensive and timely manner, including investigation audit
2. Follow-up, discuss and coordination about audit findings with operation or other departments.
3. Providing audit report and data analysis for top management in connection with audit result and investigation.
4. Providing the recommendation and improvement for top management of audit findings and reports.
5. Providing recommendation for improvement on internal control system, assets productivity & safeguarding, financial & operational efficiency.
General Requirement:
- Male or Female, age max 40 years old
- Minimum S-1 degree in finance and/or accounting background Having at least 5 years experience in finance
- Willing and able to work under intense pressure over and above normal working hours
- High Integrity, strong-willed, independent, aggressive and able to make initiative, innovative and highly responsible with positive mindset
- Good leadership skills, highly analytical with good problem solving & decision making skills, processes and results-oriented
- Computer literate.
- Possess a hands-on approach and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill, ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
