Corporate Engagement Director (CED)Manage multi-faceted relationships with large scale companies and interact with senior executives at those companies to establish partnerships at the 6-7 figure level, draw upon, synthesize and manage participation from all parts of the organization necessary to ensure the success of the relationships. S/he is responsible for concept development, proposal writing, deal negotiation, project management, reporting, evaluation and communications. Qualifications: Master's Degree, with 7+ years experience in corporate partnership development and management; fundraising experience; ability to create innovative strategies, partnerships, good working knowledge of public policy and private sector developments on the environment at the international, national, state and local levels: excellent English and Bahasa, written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact effectively with corporate partners and with other non-governmental organizations; passion for the conservation of nature and the involvement of businesses in the solution to the world's most pressing environmental challenges; knowledge of Asia/Indonesia and experience working in the region is essential.
Green Economics Director (GED)Develops and implements "Green Economies" at a national scale, requiring a multidisciplinary focus on economics, spatial planning, private sector engagement. markets for ecosystem services, policy and a practical understanding of opportunities in the country. S/he will guide the development of strategic initiatives for resource mobilization, including successful proposals for competitive grants and able to both create green jobs, ensure real, sustainable economic growth, and prevent environmental pollution, global warming, resource depletion, and environmental degradation. Qualifications: Master's Degree in environmental economics or related field; 10+ years of professional, innovative experience in application of economics in conservation or development, Strong leadership and vision; evidence of working with multidisciplinary teams in a non-hierarchical manner
Operation Director (OD)Responsible for and oversee the
Finance , Human Resources, Grants Management, Legal, IT and Administrative functions of the program. S/he will guide the program to develop and implement sustainable management strategies, support fund raising / business development efforts, set standards related to operational management, and ensure that human and financial resources are aligned and maximized for the greatest conservation impact. S/he will ensure compliance with local and global standards, policies and practices. Qualifications: Master's Degree Finance and/or Business Administration with 7 - 10 years related experience in management of operations (administration finance, human resources, grants resources and donor management) functions, preferably for an international NGO. Experience with diverse funding environment including US and European governments, multi-laterals, and large foundations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively in English and proficient in management of IT
