Lowongan Kerja General Manager Jobs - Developer

We are an established Developer, Estate Management and Golf & Country Club business and due to our business expansion in some projects, we urgently required the high talented General Manager to lead our big project, with the following requirements

• Minimum S1 from Civil Engineering and S2 from Business Management is advantage
• Female or male with range 40 years - 50 years old
• Have experience in leading the project with minimum 50 ha and have a deep and comprehensive knowledge of the property business and relevant trends and development
• Have a strong business and marketing strategy and deep understanding of key business processes (Land Acquisition, Engineering, Finance, Sales & Marketing, General Administration, Legal Matters and Human Resource)
• Demonstrate solid experiences in technical and management
• Able to evaluate the feasibility of a range of business strategy and develop reliable and robust strategies and implementation plans to achieve short, mid and long term organizational goals
• Able to explore new opportunities in the product (landed houses, township, commercial building, etc) and pro actively seek out new opportunities that have significant revenue and profit potential Able to create and gain commitment to a clear and inspiring vision of the team and organization's future which can be demonstrated in striving to better position in the property business relative to the competition
• Show independent drive, good communication and negotiation skills
• Build and maintain trust and positive relationship within and outside the company
