General Qualifications: • Strong interpersonal, communication ft presentation skill;
• Excellent English both oral & Written; Computer literate
• Strong leadership, excellent planning & analytical ability (PPM, RIM, EM, PS)
• Min. 3 years experience in shoe manufacturing is advantage (PPM, RIM, EM) and 2 years for (IES)
Specific Qualifications:
• SI degree in IE/ME/CE (PPM)
• SI degree in any discipline, good skill in making114A, Creative & confidence (RTM)
• SI Degree in ME, good exp in utility Mgmt (PLN, Genset, Boiler, Compressor, Gas Engine) (EM)
• SI Degree in Math/1E/
Accounting, good logic & strong analytical ability (CPS)
• SI Degree in IE/ME/CE, good knowledge in LEAN and/6 Sigma concept, creative & innovative (IES)
• SI Degree in Science majoring of Chemistry, familiar w/ compound's formula (CS)
• SI Degree in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome (GS)
