1. GENERAL MANAGER
• Male or Female, maximum 45 years old
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and use of Internet,
• Minimum 3 -5 years experience in established Chinese Restaurants or 4 - 5 Stars hotels in Indonesia as Restaurant Manager.
• Knowledge of Chinese cuisine and able to communicate in Chinese language is a plus
• Responsible for all the management and
marketing aspects of the restaurant.
2. HEAD /MAIN CHEF
• Experienced Cantonese cuisine chef with minimum of 5 years experience of sewing big banqueting facilities with recognized 4 - 5 star hotels
• Have the ability to improve restaurant's menu from time to time, maintaining the high standard of food quality.
• A good knowledge of Chinese and oriental food is essential.
3. ASSISTANT CHEF
• Required to assist the Head Chef
• Performing stock control, keeping food wastage to a minimum, training the junior and staff. Keep the whole kitchen activity in order.
• Working experience of 3 years in 4 -5 star hotels at the same field will be an advantage.
4. DIM SUM CHEF
• Sole responsibilities for the Dim Sum department.
• 3 -5 years experience as a Dim Sum Chef in recognized Chinese Restaurant.
• Main duties include preparing and cooking traditional Chinese Dim Sum dishes freshly from raw materials, making relevant sauces and fillings, creating new dishes and optimizing kitchen performance.
5. DESSERT / PASTRY CHEF
• Must have minimum of 2-3 years of making dessert menus.
• Must have excellent pastry /dessert skill and knowledge for maintaining of pastry/dessert quality. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: • Able to work professionally under pressure conditions.
• Has the passion for the Hospitality Service Business.
• Willingness to grow professionally with the company.
• Willingness to do Pre-Opening and set up of New Restaurant
• A Team player
• To be based and lived in Bandung.
• Expatriate is welcome, preferable, from Singapore and Malaysia with excellent experience in the relevant field.
