A mall developer based in Tangerang, is currently seeking; suitable candidate for the position:

GENERAL MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing the day to day operation of the company including in designing strategic marketing planning/process, maximizing revenue, controlling expences, staff development the enforcement of policies, and procedures with know relevancy property management.

Requirements:

• Have at least 5 years working in same position with excellent track record, preferably from property and realty industry
• A result oriented individual with exceptional managerial & coordination skill
• Able to work independently as well as in the team, strong leadership and wiling to work under pressure
