1. GARMENT - GENERAL MANAGER (CODE: G-GM)
• Managing a team of merchandisers and QA to achieve division's business objective.
• Responsible for children apparel in all product categories as tops and bottoms in both woven's, knits for US market
• interacting with clients and managing a production of about USD 70M to USD 100M per annum
• Identifying new vendors, developing and maintaining relationship; engaging key business leaders in global sourcing discussions
• Aiming to reach overall objective of increasing supplier base, developing and implementing a model for providing sourcing solution
• Evolving strategy, process and tools for the global sourcing
2. GARMENT- St MERCHANDISE MANAGER (CODE: G-SMM)
To assist in managing the team's sales and merchandising activities to achieve division's business objectives
REQUIREMENTS:
1. BAIBS degree. preferable MBA qualification
2. G-GM: more than 15 years of leadership in apparel global sourcing and production field
3. G-SMM: more than 10 experience in Garment Merchandising, preferred from buying office, with background in
managerial level min. 6 years
4. Demonstrated ability to manage teams, hands-on experience in sourcing and production
5. In-depth knowledge of mad<et trends, product development, costing and negotiation
6. Strong customer focus attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be required
7. High level of proficiency in English language
8. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point is required
