Fresh Produce Manager
Location: Bandung

As the Fresh Produce Manager, you will provide leadership, guidance and coaching to your team to source fresh produce, maximize sales growth, while maintaining the highest standards of merchandise presentation, food hygiene and customer service. You should have previous experiences in a retail leadership role with a proven track record of sales and profit achievements. Excellent Fresh Produce product knowledge is important, as are effective time management and problem solving Skills and the ability to motivate our team and manage change.

You will also liaise with suppliers on the negotiation of prices, products and promotions; as well as with business units on operational matters. In addition, you will develop effective store programmes and creative promotional plans.
