Job Purpose
To provided support by improving fiend force knowledge and skills through designing, delivering and evaluating and development programs, in cooperation with Sales Management.
Job Title : Field Training Manager Major Accountabilities - Ensure the quality of training by identifying training need, develop necessary program to tackle the need, deliver the training, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of the training.
- In cooperation with Sales Management & Marketing being accountable for the National Training for Field Force.
- Conduct the training as facilitator.
- Controlling the agreed budget for training & developmental program.
Job Dimension Number of Associates : 1 Financial Responsibility Sales = Rp. 158bio (Budget, Cost, Sales, etc) : Budget = Rp.718mio Key Performance Indicator / Measure of Success - Knowledge and skills of Field Force (Reps, First Line Managers).
- Sales vs budget.
- Market Share.
- Market share growth.
- Quality of Field Force as perceived by Customers (doctors).
- Actual training vs training plan.
Education / Experience Minimum Education : Bachelor in Education or Psychology or Management or Medical Desirable Education : Bachelor in Education Psychology, Management or Medical with Diploma degree in teaching (as the secondary education) Language : Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral & written) Ideal Experience : - At least 3 years experience in Sales Management of pharmaceutical industry (including 2 years experience in first line managerial position), or
- At least 2 years experience in similar position in other pharmaceutical company.
- Experience in Product Management oif pharmaceutical industry will be advantage.
Professional Competencies Sales Force Dynamics Knowledge about Field Force daily job, any issue related to Field Force, and pharmaceutical industry. Training Process Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding about the process of human learning (especially adult learning), learning methodology and implement those knowledge to achieve the training objectives. Training Need Analysis Ability to identify the gap between ideal and actual competency, and create necessary program to address the need. Computer Literacy Expert in software program which related to develop training material and / or presentation, appropriate exposure to e-learning program. Core Competencies Communication Demonstrate an expertise in expressing idea, adapts language / communication channel/style to meet the needs of audiences, encouraging open discussion as well as dragging out a range of perspective to reach the targeted outcome.
