AusAID is the Australian Government Agency responsible for managing Australia's overseas aid program, Australia has been a dedicated development partner to Indonesia for more than 50 years. Through the development assistance program, Australia and Indonesia work together to alleviate poverty and promote regional peace, stability and prosperity. We are looking for experienced professionals to take part in exciting positions of :

1. SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER - POLICY COORDINATION

The Senior Program Manager-Policy Coordination works in a small team to manage high level visits from ministers and senior government officials through coordinating visit programs and providing briefing on the Australian aid program. The role requires liaison and information sharing with other Australian government colleagues in the Embassy and AusAID counterparts in Canberra. Supporting engagement with key stakeholders (including the Indonesian National Development Planning Agency and multilateral and bilateral donors) is part of the responsibilities of this position. This position also undertakes research and analysis on cross-sector policy issues and other ad hoc coordination tasks as they arise.

2. EXECUTIVE OFFICER

The Executive Officer works directly to the AusAID Minister Counselor and provides support to the Minister Counselor, Chief of Operations and senior management for the Indonesia Program in facilitating information flows, coordinating weekly senior management meetings as well as conducting research and analysis on various issues from time to time as directed by the Minister Counselor. Preparing policy and advice on cross-program and strategic issues for the Indonesia program will also fall into incumbent's responsibilities.
