The incumbent will report to HR Officer (HRO) and support the HR team in delivering a range of HR products/services to client managers and staff in the Indonesia Country Office. This position is expected to work with relative independence in the interpretation of data: understanding the "why" of HR policy as a basis for resolution of business problems.
