Investor Relation Manager - IRM- Min 30 years old
- Master / Bachelor degree of Accounting / Finance / Management / Business Administration
- Good understanding of stock market operations; strong analytical skills in financial modeling, accounting and financial reporting; legal drafting capability
- Good knowledge of Bapepam and JSX rules and regulations
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Design Manager (Architect) - DMA- Min 35 years old
- Master / Bachelor degree of Architecture from reputable university
- Min 10 years of experience in designing high rise building or residential area
- Having previous working experience in design consulting company is an advantage
Leasing Manager (Mall) - LM- Attractive appearance, Min 30 years old
- Having experience in leasing shopping center or business development from retail industry
- Experience in prospecting tenant
- Strong negotiation skill
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
