•    Corporate Affairs Manager

Based :
Manis Meta, Kalimantan Barat (1 position)
Sungai Lilin, Sumatra Selatan (1 position)

Responsibilities:
• Lead in internal and external communications efforts for Cargill's plantation business.
• Hans and manages business exposure to relevant internal and external non-governmental stakeholders, develops the messaging on communications issues. and executes the effective delivery of key organizational news.
• Maintains relationships with various stakeholders including employees, media, local community and local NG0s.
• Ensures organization-wide preparedness to communicate in crisis and other situations that could result in a lasting impact to the Company reputation.
• Develop strategic corporate responsibility strategies and plans to increase the quality of initiatives and to ensure projects are aligned to business needs.

Requirements:
• Minimum university degree in mass communications, journalism, corporate responsibility or other relevant subject.
• Minimum 7 years experience in corporate communications and/or corporate responsibility in a country environment.
• Experience in change and/or crisis communications.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Able to articulate and convey complex topics in an easy to understand, I jargon free modern and easy to understand language.
• Strong project management and interpersonal communications skills.
• Able and willing to work in remote plantation conditions.
• A clear thinker who can communicate accurately and persuasively both orally and in writing. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as are presentation skills accompanied by a business presence that conveys business acumen.
• Able to draft effective press releases, write speeches. articles, create various PowerPoint presentations and other communication materials.
