1. Competency Standards Development Adviser
Part-time assignment in Jakarta, Indonesia for up to 80 days from April 2011 to November 2012
The successful candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate:
• Experience in developing competency standards in the private and/or public sector
• Knowledge of the application of competency standards within a
human resource management framework in Indonesia, including use in recruitment and selection, performance management and training and development
• Experience in designing and delivering training courses on competency standards development and providing on-the-job training support
• Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and oral).
2. Standard Operating Procedures/Business Process Adviser
Part-time assignment in Jakarta, Indonesia for up to 140 days from April 2011 to November 2012
The successful candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate:
• Strong knowledge of the national level requirements for SOP/business process review
• Experience in facilitating a review of SOPs/business processes in government agencies
• Experience in designing operational guidelines for SOPs/business processes
• Experience in designing and delivering training courses
• Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and oral).
