To support our operation, we are seeking highly qualified candidates for:
• Communication Manager Reporting to the Operations Director, you will provide communications strategy, advice and con-tent to support the achievement of the PTNHM strategic goals and Ongoing development and operation of the mine and projects at Gosowong.
Key accountabilities include:
• Establishing and maintaining productive stakeholder relationships with employees, local government agencies, media, community, NGOs and CSOs
• Providing outstanding senior level advice, guidance and advocacy at internal and external stakeholder meetings
• Enhancing the reputation of the organization
• Creating and implementing
communication initiatives, leading the development and implementation of communication strategies and plans
• Developing communication channels and methods for the organization and coordinating the publication of communications in a range of specific channels
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in communications or social sciences, with minimum five years of experience in communication field
• Experience in extractive industry operation is preferable
• Excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to build and influence relationships at all levels internal and external to the organization
• Experience in the effective design and delivery of communication programs and advice in relation to both internal and external stakeholders
This position is offered on a standard working week based at either Manado or Jakarta. Travel and flexibility will be required in this role. An attractive package of salary, allowances and travel benefits is provided.
