1.    Camp Boss (Code CB)
2.    Chief Cook (Code CC)
3.    Chief Cook Bakery & Pastry (Code BP)

Qualification :
•    Male / Female
•    Min D1 in Food Production or 5 years experience in the same field. Having a knowledge in Asian & Western Cuisine; Experience in supervising site (Offshore & Onshore) with 200 Man Power (1)
•    Min D1 in Food Production or 8 years experience in the same field; Experience in Indonesian, Chinese & Western Cuisine; Experience in Menu Cycling set up; Having capability to make a Food Cost; Having a knowledge in Bakery &
Pastry Product; Familiar with HACCP (2)
•    Min D3 in Bakery & Pastry or 5 years experience in the same field

General requirements :
•    Willing to be placed at site (Offshore & Onshore)
•    Good leadership, team player customer & service oriented person with passion & desire, positive attitude, out going, energetic, responsible, fast learner & independent
•    Hard worker & willing to work under pressure
•    Willing to work long hours in a high pressure working environment
