PT. ANZ PANIN BANK invites applicants with suitably qualified, committed and Indonesian citizens for the position of:
Call Centre Officer (CCO)- Handle phone inquiries for credit card and banking customer. This position reports to Call Centre Team Leader
- University (S1) graduate from any major
- Experience in similar position will be an advantage
Call Centre Officer Team Leader (CCO-TL)- Manage a team of Call Centre Officers. This position reports to Call Centre Supervisor
- University (S1) graduate from any major
- Have at least 1 years experience in similar position
Service Improvement Officer (SIO)- Perform service improvement projects for call centre and quality monitoring. This position reports to Service Improvement Team Leader
- University (S1) graduate from any major
- Have at least 1 years experience in similar position
Authorization Officer (AO)- Handle authorization requests from other bank, fraud monitoring and phone inquiries from customers. This position reports to Authorisation Team Leader
- University (S1) graduate from any major
- Have at least 1 years experience in similar position
